The Mews is located 1.5 miles north of the historic market town of Masham, home of Theakstons Brewery, the Black Sheep Brewery and the Sheep Fair. The property sits in open countryside, a haven for bird watching, fishing, cycling and gentle walking. There are many traditional villages close at hand with a range of country houses and places of interest. Within a 30 minute drive are the towns of Ripon, Harrogate, Thirsk and Darlington.

The Mews provides excellent first floor accommodation that is immaculately presented, has been tastefully furnished throughout and is extremely well equipped for a holiday at any time of the year. The owners who live in the adjoining Victorian house provide a welcoming tray including homemade bread, cake, flowers and wine. The owners are happy to share their 1.5 acres of walled gardens including patio terrace, summer house and orchard being home to sheep and goslings. The formal garden includes croquet lawn, barbeque, picnic area and a small woodland walk with wildlife pond and hammock for those ‘lazy’ summer evenings.

The Mews apartment has been converted from the original Granary and Bothy over the stables, is heated by the wood burning stove and comprises:
